Ressourcen und Standpunkte wurden geklärt, Kunden sortiert und Benchmarking-Gesichtspunkte bedacht. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich das Diagramm der Priorisierungsmatrix der Kundensegmente und die Feststellung, dass ich zu billig bin. Die Komplexität der Arbeit meines Unternehmens sei problematisch, sagt Vladimir.
- Vladimir Preveden made use of the approved methods of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants for the company Antje Schiffers. Ressources and positions were analysed. Clients were classified and aspects of benchmarking considered. I was extremely impressed by the chart showing the matrix of priorisation for the targeted customer segments and the statement that I was much too cheap. The complexitiy of my company´s work was considered a problem - I still have no idea how to deal with it.
